Horizon Aero Group Named Preferred Buyer for Gloucestershire Airport
Horizon Aero Group Ltd is pleased to announce its selection as the preferred bidder for the acquisition of Gloucestershire Airport, following a rigorous and competitive process jointly led by Gloucester City Council and Cheltenham Borough Council.
As a joint venture between Vayu Aviation Services Ltd (UK) and Vensa Infrastructure Ltd (India), Horizon Aero Group combines decades of international expertise in aviation operations, infrastructure development, and sustainable investment. The Group is focused on revitalising regional airports through innovation, aviation excellence, and community-led growth.

As the process moves forward, the Group will continue to work closely with both Gloucester City Council and Cheltenham Borough Council to finalise legal matters, complete due diligence, and align priorities to enable a smooth and timely transition.
